for a good value you store with a fair section I have heard that if they dont have it you dont need it :)

for the opposite of the Paradox of Choice so one can spend ones time in money on other avenues

I would also say Hy-Vee and Walmart service a good spot in the market as well.

Lots of full stores and smaller drugstores around the area.

I dont really go here much they have really low prices but I just dont feel like this place is worth it with all the  problems that happen at these places they are bus depots that just happen to have a store where people can buy things but they do fit a market demand.

Sam’s Club

I buy paper towels & toilet paper, water V8 Drinks frozen food hotdogs Its right on the Northeast side of Cedar Rapids a lot eaiser to get to than CostCo which is in the Iowa City area.

Salvation Army & other Thrift shop

like Thrift shops, most of what I have for things in my house was bought at one or a garage sale. I also have gone dumpster diving a few times when I see a business or a place doing some remodeling a lot of times they over purchase materials or get rid of perfectly good things just because they're out of style and you can usually clean it up keep it donated or sell it.

What would I get to eat and where would I eat it?

Hy-vee when they have their sales and specials from the pennysaver and their app you can get some real good deals

Food & Fun

What would I get to eat and where would I eat it?

Get Health

Health care & Insurance

What got me interested in this topic is the way my health declined. I had trouble working and then ended up on Medicaid  I appreciate that Medicaid was expanded in Iowa. Almost everyone should have some sort of health insurance in Iowa. I think it's better for people to have Medicaid so they can get a lot of preventative care is that's a lot cheaper than emergency room and ICU  care. It's one in four people in the state of Iowa that are covered by Medicaid. You can get your eyes checked out by a doctor but no glasses or contacts are covered and dental care is totally out of your pocket.  you can apply at
