With over 15 years of experience in telecommunications and technology, I began my career working for small, independent telephone companies—most of which evolved into Internet Service Providers (ISPs) offering landline services. These companies, had fewer than 100 employees, provided me with a strong foundation in connectivity and customer-focused problem-solving. Over time, I identified a growing demand for personalized tech support, particularly among individuals and small businesses seeking practical, affordable solutions. This insight inspired me to establish my own tech support business, where I leverage my expertise to help clients optimize and navigate technology, making it more accessible and user-friendly.

Personal Background
I am lifelong Iowan. I am an avid reader of mostly non-fiction books. My interests include many topics, such as libraries , history, technology, and economics.
I enjoy experimenting with old and new tech gadgets to learn how they work. In my spare time I like to write poems, feed and look at birds, take photos, and volunteer at various community organizations.
